ZOOM or In-Person
Workshops
Gather some friends to watch a ZOOM workshop (minimum 5 people) or come to my studio in Boulder, Colorado (limited to five people) and we can have fun in-person. $25 per person. Kits will be available for a fee (plus shipping) and/or a materials list will be sent prior to the workshop date.

Botanical Printing on Raw Silk – Make a Frameable Wall-Hanging
This workshop is a chance to use leaves from your yard or community, especially from maples, oaks, peonies, wild geranium, and roses to make beautiful silk “prints” suitable for a wall-hanging, pillow cover, or cards. You’ll need a large dedicated-to-crafts pot or turkey cooker for steaming your fabric bundles, silk noil (raw silk fabric), and leaves.

Burned-Out, Painted, and Beaded Tyvek Vase
You may never have heard of this technique, but it’s easy, beautiful, and fun. You’ll need a sewing machine and a soldering iron.

Bits Bowl
Take bits of fabric or paper and lots of glue and make a beautiful fabric or paper bowl. Great for using up leftovers from other projects or a great opportunity to start a new collection of raw materials.

Paper Accordion Collage Book
Love to collage? Or want to try it for the first time? In this workshop, we’ll make a small accordion book for you to fill with mini-collages that take about 5 minutes or less to complete!

Grunge Gel Printing for Collage Papers
I love using a Gel Press for making collage papers for my accordion books or other projects. You’ll need an 8 x 10 Gel Press, a brayer, inexpensive acrylic paints, a few stencils, and any kind of papers you like – newspaper, tissue paper, copy paper, cardstock, etc. Great for filling up the Paper Accordion Collage Book pages!
